Find a vessel

Use the Find vessels box in the map toolbar to locate a ship quickly instead of hunting for its marker.

  1. Type a vessel name or identifier into the Find vessels box.
  2. Press Search.

A small results panel opens under the box showing how many vessels were found, each listed with its name and identifiers.

Open a result​

Click a vessel in the results to open it on the map — the map centres on that vessel and its pop-up opens.

To close the results panel, click the ✕ next to the result count.

tip

Searching here looks across vessels on the map. To open the full vessel record instead, use the Vessel information action in the vessel's pop-up, or the Vessels module in the sidebar.
