Visit details

Open a visit from the overview to see everything about that one call at port, side by side.

Visit details

The details card shows:

  • Status — the stage the visit is at.
  • Port — where the call is.
  • Port agent — the company handling the call.
  • Next port and Previous port — where the ship is heading and where it came from.
  • ETA / ETD — expected arrival and departure.
  • ATA / ATD — actual arrival and departure.

The visit's CRN reference is shown at the top of the card.

The vessel

A panel shows the ship making the visit, with its key details. From there you can open the full vessel record — see the Vessels guide.

Track

When position data is available, the visit shows the ship's track on a small map, so you can see its route for the call.

Movements

Below the details you'll find the visit's movements — the individual legs inside the port, each with its own times and extra information. That's covered on the next page: Movements, attributes & events.
