Find a visit

The Port visits overview lists the calls at port. The toolbar across the top lets you narrow the list down to exactly what you want to see.

Narrowing the list

  • Port — choose which port's visits to show, from your available ports.
  • Status filter (the funnel button) — show only visits in a certain stage:
    • No filter — everything.
    • Expected — not yet arrived.
    • In port — currently alongside.
    • Departing — on their way out.
    • Sailed — already left.
  • Saved filter — if your organisation has set up named filters, pick one here.
  • View — switch between a List and larger Tiles.
  • Print — print the current list.

What the columns mean

In list view each visit shows details such as the Port, a Date (the most relevant of ETA/ATA/ETD/ATD for that visit's stage), the CRN reference, the ship and its identification (IMO, call sign, ENI, or fishery number), the berth (current, expected, or previous), the agent, the arrival/departure times, and the port stay.

Some values have a small copy button so you can copy a reference or IMO in one click.
